Melina Skiathos is a newly built complex with 3 apartments located on the hillside of Kolios area in the southern part of the island. The complex location provides a great sea view and a lot of the island’s renowned green.

The master bedroom includes a very comfortable king sized bed and the second bedroom includes a bunk bed. The bathroom includes a whirlpool setting shower. The Villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities at your disposal in a single space with a comfortable living room. Outside the villa is a spacious patio veranda, ideal for relaxation

Apartments in Kolios Area

Great Location

Melina Skiathos is only 300m away from Kolios beach, 200m away from the main road which leads to both the centre and other beautiful beaches such as Agia Paraskevi, Vromolimnos which are located nearby. Once you get to the main road you can find bus stop No. 15 should you need a bus for your transportation. The distance from the Villa to Skiathos town centre is 4.5km and 5.5 to the airport. The Villa is accessible by bus, motorbike, car. There are also taxi cars delivering 24 hours a day on call and the Villa provides a private parking area if you plan on using your own or rented vehicle.

“We have stayed for 5 nights at Kolios Hillside Villa. Everything was perfect, the host was very helpful and we had everything needed for our stay, she even gave us a baby chair. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. In the area there are lots of good restaurants and supermarkets, and also a pool that can be used. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning during the stay, nobody came for cleaning but we managed to do it by ourselves.

“We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at Kolios hillside villa. The house and holiday was perfect. The house is very well designed, with 5 star quality fixtures & fittings with an stunning sea view and large terrace in a stunning yet peaceful location. The added extras of toiletries and the mid week clean aswell, as the hospitality of Maria and her family made for a holiday which we cannot fault in any way. I recommend hiring a car when here to really make the most of your stay on the beautiful island of Skiathos. A 5 star property, we plan to return next year!”
